"Quick and Easy Install"
From what I remember, the install went really smoothly and didn’t take long at all. There wasn’t any hassle or confusion, which I appreciated.

"The cover does what it’s supposed…"
The cover does what it’s supposed to do, so no real complaints there. But trying to get to anything in the bed is a hassle. The zippers feel awkward to use, and half the time I just end up leaving it open. Then suddenly I’m annoyed at myself because what’s the point of having the cover if I’m not even closing it?

"Decent Cover, But the Fit Was a Whole Saga"
I ordered this for my truck, and while it mostly fits the way it’s supposed to, getting it there was a bit of a dramatic adventure. The frame lined up okay, but the side rails were weirdly fussy, and I had to mess with them a few times before the snaps finally decided to cooperate. Compatibility was close, but not perfect for my bed setup. I do have a liner, so maybe that made everything more complicated than it needed to be. It’s on now, it works, and it looks fine, but for the price, I was definitely expecting the fit to be a little more dead-on...

"Feels solid so far"
The hardware feels really solid, and I haven’t had any issues with it so far. I’m guessing they used decent materials because it doesn’t feel cheap at all, but that’s just my impression. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Kept My Gear Dry in Heavy Rain"
I’ve already driven through a few days of heavy rain with my softopper, it’s been better than I expected. I had some gear in the back and kept checking to see if anything got wet, but everything stayed dry. I didn’t notice any leaking at all, even when I was on the highway. So far, I’m really happy with it, especially for a soft top.

"Pretty easy install, just took me a bit"
I got my Softopper put on after I follow the instructions, and overall it went good. Most of the steps was clear enough, and the pictures definitely helped. I did had to go back and read a couple parts again, especially when I was lining up the rails and trying to get the fabric stretched right. Doing it by myself took longer than I thought it would, but it wasn’t anything too bad. Once it was on, it fit nice and looks really good on the truck. I’m giving it 4 stars because I think the instructions could of used a few more close-up pictures.

"My order actually showed up sooner…"
My order actually showed up sooner than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The only thing that bugged me was the tracking didn’t update much, so I was kind of left guessing. I didn’t bother reaching out to customer service because, i don’t usually trust that they’ll give a real answer anyway. Overall, happy it arrived early, but the tracking could definitely be better.

"Solid right away, but not flawless"
My snap judgment after a few highway trips with the softopper: I like it. It’s stayed steady even cruising around 70–75 mph, and while there’s definitely some flapping noise, it hasn’t been anything that feels sketchy or over the top. The install took me a little longer than I expected to get dialed in, but once it was on, it did what I needed. Overall I’m happy with it, just wouldn’t call it perfect.

"Clear windows and no regrets"
I got the softopper installed the window clarity surprised me in a good way. I was a little worried the soft windows would be wavy or cloudy, especially at night, and I really didn’t want to spend the money and feel like I’d given up visibility. But they’re actually easy to see through, even after dark. There’s a little glare when the sun is really bright, but nothing that bothers me. Overall, I’m happy with it and glad I didn’t miss out on getting one.

"Better Than I Expected"
The fabric is actually thicker than I thought it would be, and the stitching looks really clean. I’ve already had it out in both rain and sun, and it’s still holding up really well. Overall, I’m happy with it and would say it was a solid buy

"Clean Look That Fits My Truck Well"
I’ll be honest, I mainly picked this up because I liked the way it looked, and I’m glad I did. To me, it has that clean, simple style that doesn’t make the truck look bulky or overdone like some toppers can. It fits the overall look of my truck really well and gives it a more finished feel. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Decent look, but way too noisy on the highway"
The Softopper looks good and wasn’t too hard to install, so I was feeling good about it at first. But once I got on the highway, the wind noise became a whole thing. Around 55 mph it starts flapping loudly, and it’s way more stressful than I expected just trying to drive normally. I bought it thinking it would be fine for daily use, but now I kind of regret it.

"I had to return a part last week..."
I had to return a part last week, and the warranty response took about a day or two to come through. Once they got back to me, they sorted everything out without much hassle. It wasn’t the fastest process ever, but by the end of the week it felt fair enough to me...

"Still Leaks When It Rains"
I was really hoping this would solve the problem, but water still gets in whenever it rains. Not sure if something was missed during installation or if the product just isn’t sealing the way it should, but it’s frustrating to still be dealing with the same issue

"Easy to fold down and store"
Well... I’ve been happy with the Softopper so far. It folds down really quickly when I don’t need it, and it barely takes up any space in the garage. it’s a lot easier than messing with a hard topper

"Pretty solid so far"
I got my Softopper a few weeks ago and, i kind of assumed the zippers might be annoying right away, but they’ve been smooth most of the time. There’s one corner that needs a little extra tug when it gets dusty, which I immediately figured was going to be a problem, but it really hasn’t been a big deal. It opens and closes fine for everyday use, and overall I’m happy with it
